I was speaking with Jodie [his office manager] today.

Julie Maree Dick is on the electoral roll at 12 Leopard Ct, Warner. I have attached a photo of the house. Notice the sign on the house behind the white posts. It reads "JD's Place". There was a fellow there who would have been about the age of their son Michael Mellifont who looked a lot like Terry Melliont at about that age, or at least when younger [about 1974]. If she, Dick, is involved in Electoral Fraud, she is probably also involved in tax fraud.

There exists a Julie Maree Mellifont. She is on the electoral roll with the address of 73 Hawbridge St, Carseldine Q4034 as her electoral address.

That is also the address on the electoral roll for Terence Joseph Mellifont.

The 'phone at that address is in the name of J Dick. There is no person named Dick at that address on the electoral roll.

Julie Dick is married to Terry Mellifont. I have included a copy as at 30 May, 2007 of the electoral roll for Mellifont in Petrie. I strongly suspect labor Electoral Fraud. Mellifont and Spender were high profile labor Lawyers in Brisbane in the 1970s. Julie Dick was appointed by the corrupt Qld labor government.

Finding the date of Birth of JM Mellifont at 73 Hawbridge street will show so much.

I have included copies of a couple of relevant Journals I have published.

I have all I know with the HARD EVIDENCE ON MY WEBSITE at

I have not been able to check the electoral roll to see if the enrollments are still current, or if they have been altered as I am sure they, Julie Maree Dick and Terry Mellifont, would have seen this page. I believe that with the electoral system, being so unstructured, there must be so much of this, causing some labor stooges being very busy on election day ensuring that all duplicate names are covered. [They would not want the electoral office writing to any phantoms.]
 
I think it has to be followed up at a higher level. To discover if the DoB of both is the same or different. I am positive that they are one and the same Julie Maree Mellifont nee Dick. Terry Mellifont is a notorious criminal; perjury seems to be his specialty, but I guess that is just the tip.
I will appreciate your advice of what can be done from here. There is just so much corruption; labor politicians, police, courts, public servants, rspca, Brisbane City Council staff and their BCC 'legal practice'. [I have an LLB and so can specify how it is illegal, even criminal.] I believe it all stems from a corrupt electoral system.
 
What I am doing to make a difference, is building up a global presence on the internet. My presence is growing exponentially. I am working on a global market. Just the UK and US markets together are 17 times the Australian market. If I can have a very high WWW google/yahoo ranking, that is so much better in Australia. I am already doing so well with Google and Yahoo.

Of course, since most people use Google or yahoo to first go to a new site, those rankings are valuable, essential.
 
Everything turns on them. I have been very lucky.

I would be interested to know if Peter has been moving on this today. This afternoon I have seen quite a bit of interest on the Internet in that page about Judge Julie Dick, including the Qld Police doing google searches of Julie Dick on the Haig Report website.
 
I would wonder at the interest if this is not due to Peter moving on this matter. If it is not due to Peter's Actions, I will be interested to know the source. I will need to think more about it.

You will notice from the emails from my webhost, that the AFP have engaged in party political practices. Clearly, from the reactions of the Webhost and importantly his solicitor, the AFP are invoking SECRECY PROVISIONS. This is an improper use of the AFP for political reasons, and is CRIMINAL.
 
THE AFP ACTION IS ALL FOR PARTY POLITICAL REASONS. IT IS CRIMINAL THAT THE AFP ARE INVOLVED. THIS IS DEFINITELY A MATTER FOR FEDERAL PARLIAMENT.
 
Clearly, the AFP are working a ruse: "They have basicaly told me that the site *may* be linked to some other case where the judge [labor's Julie Mellifont nee Dick, wife of labor CRIMINAL Terry Mellifont], had something bad happen to her, and they just needed the site taken down,"

They have basically told me that the site *may* be linked to some other case where the judge had something bad happen to her, and they just needed the site taken down, trust me we threw every law at them as to why we shouldn't take it down, but when the ACMA and the AFP got involved we had no choice, but I am happy to stand corrected if you feel that they have over reacted.
Anyway the form of media was a phone call, then a fax, then a letter as I was not convinced till I got the letter. I would have sent it all to you but my solicitor has advised me not to at this stage.
 
I know your site is huge and trust me, NO ONE will ever manage to take it all down :)
